The core of the project features flexible layouts that adapt quickly to changing business needs. Dominated by cubic forms and clean lines, the design achieves a modern-industrial aesthetic by balancing raw concrete textures with anthracite metal details and transparent glass partitions. In our open-plan setup, which integrates the panoramic city view into the office experience, we maximized natural light and enhanced productivity with high-performance acoustic systems and ergonomic furniture.
